What to do if your card is lost or stolen
Act quickly to protect your account and prevent unauthorized transactions.
If your debit or credit card has been lost or stolen, it’s important to act immediately to reduce the risk of unauthorized charges.
If your linked debit or credit card goes missing:

Contact your card issuer right away

Follow their steps to lock or replace the card

Update the card in RockWallet once you get a new one
If you notice any unauthorized RockWallet transactions, please contact RockWallet Support at support@rockwallet.com & include:

Your full name
-
The last four digits of your lost or stolen card

The charge amount
-
The charge date and time
-
A screenshot of your bank statement showing the unauthorized charge

Be sure to block out any sensitive information, leaving only your full name and the last four digits of the card visible.
