How do I use the Buy Feature

Pick what you want to buy, choose how you’re paying, review the details, and confirm. We’ll show you everything before you commit.

Buying crypto in RockWallet is designed to be simple and transparent, whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth.

How buying crypto works

The Buy feature lets you purchase supported crypto directly in the app using a linked bank account (ACH) or a debit/credit card, depending on availability.

Before you buy, RockWallet always shows:

  • The crypto you’re buying

  • The total cost

  • Any applicable fees

  • Where the crypto will land

No surprises. No guessing.

How to buy crypto

  1. Open RockWallet

  2. Tap Buy on the homepage (or Trade → Buy)

  3. Choose the crypto you want to buy

  4. Enter the amount

  5. Select a payment method (card or bank, if available)

  6. Review the details

  7. Confirm your buy

Once confirmed, your purchase is submitted and can’t be changed or canceled.

Where does my crypto go after I buy?

Your crypto is deposited directly into your wallet and shown in the portfolio you selected during checkout.

Depending on how you paid:

  • Card buys usually complete quickly

  • ACH buys may take a few business days and appear as Pending until finished

You can track the status anytime from your Activity page.

Things to know before you buy

  • Buy availability depends on your location and verification level

  • Fees vary by payment method and market conditions

  • Some assets may not be available to buy in all regions

  • All details are shown before you confirm
