How do I delete my RockWallet Account?
Follow these steps to permanently delete your RockWallet account.
We’re sorry to see you go. But we get it.
If you want to request deletion of your RockWallet account, you can do so even if you’ve already uninstalled the app.
Before you request deletion. Please remember:

Account deletion is permanent. RockWallet cannot recover deleted accounts.

Deleting your account does not remove crypto transactions that occurred on the blockchain.

If you have funds associated with your wallet, make sure you’ve transferred them out before requesting deletion.
Option 1: You already uninstalled the app
To request account deletion without reinstalling the app, submit a deletion request here: Account Deletion Request Form
If you can’t access the form, contact support at: support@rockwallet.com with the subject line: Account Deletion Request
Include:

The email address and/or phone number used on the account

Your full name
For security, we may ask you to complete a short verification step before we can process the request.
Processing time: Requests are typically completed within 3 business days.
Option 2: You still have the app installed
If you still have access to the RockWallet app, you can request deletion directly in the app:

Open the RockWallet app

Go to Settings

Select Account

Tap Delete Account. (Highlighted in red)

Follow the prompts to confirm
Once completed, your RockWallet account will be permanently deleted.
What happens after deletion
Once your request is processed:

Your RockWallet account will be permanently deleted

You will no longer be able to access the account

Deleting your account does not remove your funds from the blockchain.

RockWallet cannot restore deleted accounts.

Certain records may be retained where required for legal, compliance, fraud prevention, or financial reporting purposes
