Why didn’t I receive an email receipt after selling cryptocurrency?

There are many reasons why email receipts can become lost or undeliverable. If you did not receive an email receipt for your transaction, try the following troubleshooting steps: 
 

  • Check your RockWallet account to ensure that the sell transaction has been successfully processed. Confirm that the sold assets have been deducted from your wallet. 
  • Check your email spam and trash folders, as some email providers may erroneously filter automated messages as spam  
  • Search your email account for “@RockWallet.com” to locate all emails sent from us
