Why didn’t I get an email receipt after selling crypto?
Troubleshoot missing RockWallet sale receipts and what to check first.
Email receipts can occasionally be delayed or filtered by your email provider. If you don’t see a receipt after completing a Sell transaction, try these steps:

Confirm the sale completed in RockWallet

Open the app → Home → select the asset → check Activity for a Completed status.

Verify the sold amount was deducted and the ACH withdrawal (if used) was created.

Check spam, junk, trash, and promotions folders

Automated emails are sometimes re-routed by providers.

Search your inbox

Look for messages from @rockwallet.com.

Verify your email on file

In the app, go to Profile → Email to ensure it’s correct and active.

Allowlist our domain

Add @rockwallet.com to your contacts/safe senders list to prevent future filtering.
