- Check your RockWallet account to ensure that the sell transaction has been successfully processed. Confirm that the sold assets have been deducted from your wallet.
- Check your email spam and trash folders, as some email providers may erroneously filter automated messages as spam
- Search your email account for “@RockWallet.com” to locate all emails sent from us
