Why didn’t I receive an email receipt after buying cryptocurrency?

There are many reasons why email receipts can become lost or undeliverable. If you did not receive an email receipt for your transaction, try the following troubleshooting steps: 

  • Check to make sure the purchase is complete in your wallet and that the newly acquired assets have been received.
  • Check your email spam and trash folders, as some email providers may erroneously filter automated messages as spam.
  • Review your automated email folders, including promotional folders, which sometimes move emails out of your regular inbox.
  • Search your email account for “@RockWallet.com” to locate all emails sent from us.
