There are many reasons why email receipts can become lost or undeliverable. If you did not receive an email receipt for your transaction, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Check to make sure the purchase is complete in your wallet and that the newly acquired assets have been received.
- Check your email spam and trash folders, as some email providers may erroneously filter automated messages as spam.
- Review your automated email folders, including promotional folders, which sometimes move emails out of your regular inbox.
- Search your email account for “@RockWallet.com” to locate all emails sent from us.
