Why didn’t I receive an email receipt after buying crypto?

Troubleshoot missing RockWallet purchase receipts and learn what to check in your inbox.

Email receipts can occasionally be delayed or filtered by your email provider. If you don’t see a receipt after completing a purchase, try these steps:

  1. Confirm the purchase completed in RockWallet

    • Open the app → Home → select the asset → check Activity for a completed status.

  2. Check spam, junk, trash, and promo folders

    • Automated emails sometimes get misrouted by providers.

  3. Search your inbox

    • Look for messages from “@rockwallet.com”.

  4. Review your email settings

    • Make sure the email on your Profile is correct and your mailbox isn’t full.

    • Add @rockwallet.com to your contacts/allowlist to prevent future filtering.
