Why did my ‘Buy’ transaction via electronic bank transfer fail?
Learn what can cause ACH bank transfer failures and how to resolve them.
If your ‘Buy’ transaction using ACH electronic bank transfer failed, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
1. The name on your bank account doesn’t match your RockWallet account
- For security reasons, RockWallet can only accept funds from bank accounts in your own name.
- Make sure the bank account name matches exactly with your RockWallet account name before trying again.
2. A temporary technical issue occurred
- Sometimes, network or connection issues can interrupt a transfer.
- Wait a few moments and try the transaction again.
3. Insufficient funds in your bank account
- If your account balance is too low, your transfer won’t process.
- Confirm your account has enough funds to complete the purchase, then retry.
If your transaction continues to fail after checking the above, please reach out to RockWallet Support for help.
