Why can’t I swap digital assets in RockWallet?
Learn why the ‘swap’ feature may be unavailable and how location, verification, or asset settings can affect access.
There are a few reasons why you may not be able to use the ‘swap’ feature in RockWallet:
1. Your identity hasn’t been verified yet
To swap cryptocurrency, you must first complete identity verification (KYC).
Upload proof of identity and wait for confirmation that your account has been verified.
2. You’re located in a region where ‘Swap’ isn’t yet supported
Some U.S. states and countries currently have restrictions on the ‘Swap’ features due to licensing requirements.
Please check the most current list of supported states and countries on our Help Center page.
3. The asset you’re trying to swap isn’t supported or hasn’t been activated
If your account is verified and you’re in a supported region but can’t find the asset you want to buy, it may not yet be available or it may be inactive in your wallet.
