Why can’t I buy digital assets using the ‘Fund with ACH’ feature

Understand ACH eligibility, supported states, and account verification requirements for buying crypto in RockWallet.

The Fund with ACH option is only available to customers who:

  • Live in a supported U.S. state, and

  • Have a verified RockWallet account, and

  • Have access to the Buy functionality within the app.

If you meet all of these requirements but still can’t access the feature, it may not yet be available in your area or for your account type.

ACH (Automated Clearing House) transfers are a secure and reliable way to move funds directly from your bank. We’re continuing to expand this feature, so keep an eye out for future availability.
