Why can’t I buy digital assets?

To buy cryptocurrency using the RockWallet ‘Buy’ feature, you will need to provide proof of your identity and await confirmation that your identity has been successfully verified.

If your account has been verified and you have access to the ‘Buy’ feature but cannot find the asset you are looking for, it is either not yet supported, or you have not activated it in your wallet. Click here for the steps to activate assets in your wallet.
