If you cannot access the 'Sell' feature, there could be several reasons:
- Your account might not be fully verified yet. Ensure that you have fully completed the verification process. See guide here.
- The 'Sell' feature might not be available in your region. Currently, the 'Sell' feature is limited to ACH transactions in supported U.S. states only.
Residents of the following U.S. states can download RockWallet to ‘Send’, ‘Store’ and ‘Receive’ digital assets but currently cannot use ‘Buy’, ‘Swap’ or ‘Sell’ functionalities:
- New Mexico
- New York
