Why Can't I Access the 'Sell' Feature in RockWallet?

If the ‘Sell’ option is unavailable in your app, it could be due to one of the following reasons:

1. Your account is not fully verified

To use the 'Sell' feature, your account must be fully verified. If you haven’t completed the identity verification process, you’ll need to finish that first.

2. The 'Sell' feature is not available in your state

Currently, the 'Sell' feature is only supported in select U.S. states and only for ACH (bank transfer) transactions. If you are located in a restricted state (Supported States), the feature will not be visible in your app.
