Why Can't I Access the 'Sell' Feature in RockWallet?
If the ‘Sell’ option is unavailable in your app, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
1. Your account is not fully verified
To use the 'Sell' feature, your account must be fully verified. If you haven’t completed the identity verification process, you’ll need to finish that first.
Refer to our verification guide here for step-by-step instructions.
2. The 'Sell' feature is not available in your state
Currently, the 'Sell' feature is only supported in select U.S. states and only for ACH (bank transfer) transactions. If you are located in a restricted state, the feature will not be visible in your app.
At this time, residents of the following states can use RockWallet to send, store, and receive digital assets, but cannot use the Buy, Swap, or Sell features:
