Why can’t I access ‘Swap’?

Residents of the following U.S. states can download RockWallet to ‘Send’, ‘Store’ and ‘Receive’ digital assets but currently cannot use ‘Buy’ or ‘Swap’ functionalities*:  

• Alabama 
• Alaska
• Hawaii 
• Louisiana 
• Minnesota
• Nevada 
• New York 
• North Dakota
• Vermont 
• Washington

Residents of the following countries and territories can download RockWallet to ‘Send’, ‘Store’ and ‘Receive’ digital assets but currently cannot use ‘Swap’ or ‘Buy’ functionalities*:  

• United Kingdom

Residents of the following countries and territories can download RockWallet to ‘Send’, ‘Store’, ‘Receive’ and 'Swap' digital assets but currently cannot use ‘Buy’ functionalities*:  

• Barbados (iOS only)
• Gibraltar (Android only)
• Haiti (Android only)
• Latvia (iOS only)
• Nigeria (Android only)
• Turkiye (Android only)

At RockWallet, our goal is to make the app available to as many customers as possible.
