Why are some U.S. states restricted from using the ‘Buy’ feature?

In the United States, digital asset laws and licensing requirements are determined state by state. Each state has its own approach to how cryptocurrency services are regulated, which means different rules apply to both customers and companies offering these services.

As a result, some states currently restrict the ability to buy or sell digital assets through RockWallet until the necessary approvals or licenses are in place.
