You can access your Recovery Phrase again by navigating to the ‘Profile’ or ‘Menu’ screen in your wallet and tapping ‘Security Settings’ and then selecting ‘Recovery Phrase’.
You are required to write down all twelve words somewhere secure for when you ever need to enter them again. We recommend only writing them down with pen and paper, never digitally, and storing the paper somewhere safe.
If you lose or forget your Recovery Phrase, your wallet and all digital assets within it will become permanently locked.
As RockWallet is self-custodial, we do not have access to your Recovery Phrase, so we cannot restore it, unlock your wallet, or recover your digital assets for you. You will not be able to access your wallet again until you enter your correct Recovery Phrase.
