# What is RockWallet’s refund policy for crypto purchases?
## Understand why all crypto ‘Buy’ transactions in RockWallet are final and what to check before confirming your order.
All ‘Buy’ transactions made in RockWallet are final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or reversed once initiated.
Before completing a purchase, you’ll see an Order Preview that includes all details of your transaction. Please review these carefully and only tap ‘Confirm’ when you’re certain you’d like to proceed.
This policy helps protect both you and the network by ensuring every transaction remains secure and compliant with RockWallet’s [Terms and Conditions](https://info.rockwallet.com/terms-and-conditions?hsLang=en).
