My wallet has been hacked. What do I do?

If you suspect your wallet has been hacked, contact RockWallet Support immediately. 

1. Contact RockWallet Support and provide us with the following information for any suspicious transactions 

a. The type of transaction 
b. The amount(s) of each transaction 
c. The transaction date and time

d. Screenshots of the suspicious transaction(s) from your wallet

i. For ‘Buy’ transactions, please also include a screenshot of the bank statement showing the unauthorized charge, with all sensitive information blocked out except for your full name and the last 4 digits of the card 

2. Ensure your device is free of any suspicious apps that have not been installed through official channels (Apple App Store/Google Play Store), as these apps may contain malicious code that log and steal payment information. 

3. Ensure you are using a unique PIN and that it is not shared with any other apps/services - if still possible, reset your PIN
