My card has been lost or stolen, what do I do?

If your debit/credit card has been lost or stolen, please contact the bank that issued your card and please complete the following actions as soon as possible: 

Contact RockWallet Support immediately to let us know that your card has been lost or stolen and provide us with your name and the last four digits of the card. 

If you do not recognize a charge made by RockWallet on your debit/credit card, please also provide us with the following information: 

  • The charge amount 
  • The charge date and time 
  • A screenshot of the bank statement showing the unauthorized charge, with all sensitive information blocked out except for your full name and the last 4 digits of the card
