My card has been lost or stolen, what do I do?

Act quickly to protect your account and prevent unauthorized transactions.

If your debit or credit card has been lost or stolen, it’s important to act immediately to reduce the risk of unauthorized charges.

Step 1: Contact your bank

Reach out to your card issuer or bank right away to report your card as lost or stolen. They can help block the card and issue a replacement to prevent further charges.

Step 2: Contact RockWallet Support

Once you’ve notified your bank, please contact RockWallet Support at support@rockwallet.com and provide the following:

  • Your full name

  • The last four digits of your lost or stolen card

If you notice any unauthorized RockWallet transactions, please also include:

  • The charge amount

  • The charge date and time

  • A screenshot of your bank statement showing the unauthorized charge

    • Be sure to block out any sensitive information, leaving only your full name and the last four digits of the card visible.

⚠️ Important: RockWallet cannot stop or reverse transactions that have already been confirmed on the blockchain, but our Support Team can help investigate and document the case for your bank’s fraud department.
