Follow the steps below to verify your account:
- For Level 1 verification, navigate to the ‘Profile’ screen in your wallet
- Tap on the ‘Verify your account’ button
- Press the ‘Level 1’ arrow and fill in the required information
- Be sure to enter your name as it appears on your ID
- Select your country of residence from the drop-down menu
- Enter your date of birth in the following format: MM DD YYYY
4. Press ‘Confirm’ to complete Level 1 verification
5. To complete Level 2 verification, navigate to the ‘Profile’ screen in your wallet
6. Tap on the ‘Upgrade your limits’ button 
7. Press the ‘Level 2’ arrow and follow the prompts to upload the required proof of identity and take a selfie
Make sure you are in a well-lit room as you will be required to provide photos of valid government-issued identification (passport, national ID card, driver’s license, or residence permit) and take a selfie
Your ID must be valid. If the ID you’ve provided is expired or close to expiring, we ask that you use a different valid form of ID.
