Getting started with RockWallet is quick and easy. Follow these steps to download the app, create your account, and unlock all features securely.
1. Download the RockWallet App
Install RockWallet from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Make sure you have the latest version for the best experience and newest features.
2. Create Your Account
1. Open the app and select “Create New Wallet.”
2. Enter your email address and create a strong password (confirm it twice).
3. Review and agree to RockWallet’s Terms and Conditions, plus opt-in for promotions if you’d like.
4. Verify your email by entering the code sent to your inbox.
3. Set Up Your PIN
- Create a six-digit PIN to secure your RockWallet account.
You can also enable Touch ID or Face ID for quick, secure access.
Save Your Recovery Phrase
You’ll receive a Recovery Phrase (a set of 12 unique randomized words).
Write it down and store it in a safe place offline. It’s the only way to recover your funds if you lose access.
⚠️ Never share your Recovery Phrase with anyone. RockWallet will never ask for it.
5. Complete Identity Verification
To access all RockWallet features - including Buy, Swap, and Sell - you’ll need to complete identity verification (KYC).
Provide your personal information and verify your identity. and a valid government-issued ID to unlock full functionality.
If you skip this step, you’ll still be able to Send, Store, and Receive crypto, but you won’t have access to the full suite of services (availability depends on your country or region).
Once setup is complete, you’re ready to explore RockWallet buy, send, and manage your crypto securely, anytime, anywhere.
