How do I set up my RockWallet?

Getting started with RockWallet is easy! Just follow these steps:

1. Download the App

   • Install RockWallet from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

2. To Create an Account

   • Open the app and select ‘Create New Wallet’.
     
     
   • Insert your email and confirm your password twice.
   • Review and agree to RockWallet's Terms and Conditions, and receiving promotions, offers and communications, then click 'Continue'
     
     

• • Verify the code that was sent to you via email.

3. Set up a PIN for security.

• This is a six-digit number you set to secure your RockWallet account.
  
  
  
  
  You will receive a Recovery Phrase (a set of 12 words).

Important: Write it down and store it in a safe place. This is the only way to recover your funds if you lose access.

4.  Secure Your Wallet 

Complete Identity Verification

• To access all features (Buy, Swap, and Sell), you need to provide personal information and verify your identity.
  
  
  
• If you skip this step, you can only send, store, and receive crypto, but you won’t be able to use the Buy, Swap, or Sell features (access to features are dependent on your country/region).
