# How can I send my crypto assets to RockWallet?
**There are three ways to move your assets into RockWallet:**
### **1. Importing Crypto from Another Wallet**
You can import digital assets from an external wallet into RockWallet by following these steps:
- Write down the **12-word recovery phrase** from your external wallet.
- Download the **RockWallet App** from the App Store or Google Play.
- Click **"Restore Wallet"** and enter the **12-word secret recovery phrase** from your external wallet.
**Important:** The **derivation path** of each asset from your external wallet must match the one used by RockWallet. Only assets with the same derivation path will appear in your RockWallet. Click here to check the derivation paths.

### **2. Receiving Crypto from Another Wallet**
To receive crypto from another wallet:
1. Go to the **Home** screen and tap on the asset you are expecting to receive.
2. Tap **"Receive"** to generate your **QR code** and **wallet address**.
3. Copy/paste or share the QR code or wallet address with the sender.
**Sharing Options:**
- To share, tap **"Share"** below the QR code and choose your preferred method.
- To copy, press and hold the **QR code** until you see **"Copied to clipboard"**, then paste it where needed.
- To request a specific amount, tap **"Request an Amount"**, enter the amount, and press **"Share"**.

### **3. Transferring funds from a paper wallet**
Transferring funds from a **paper wallet** to **RockWallet** involves **sweeping** the private key into your RockWallet app. Follow these steps carefully:
1. Go to the **Home** screen and tap on the menu tab.
2. Tap **"Preferences"** to display the available assets.
3. Tap on the asset you are expecting to receive and select "sweep to wallet"
4. Scan the Private Key QR Code.
This will “sweep” the assets from the paper wallet into the RockWallet account.
5. **Confirm and Complete the Transfer**
- The app will display the balance associated with the private key.
- Tap **"Sweep"** or **"Transfer"** to move the funds into your RockWallet.
**Missing an Asset?**
If you can’t find a specific digital asset, it may either **not be supported** by RockWallet at this time or may **not be activated** in your wallet. Click here for the steps to activate assets.
