How can I access my assets if RockWallet is not available in my country?

If RockWallet is no longer available in your country, you may be able to recover supported assets using your legacy RockWallet recovery phrase in a compatible third-party wallet.

Which wallets can I use?

The following recovery options have been validated for these assets:

  • Base: BTC, ETH, USDC, USDT
  • Exodus: ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, Dogecoin, XRP
  • Guarda: ETH, USDT, USDC, BCH, XRP
  • MetaMask: ETH, USDC, USDT
  • Trust Wallet: ETH, USDC, USDT

Wallet compatibility can change, so always confirm that the wallet supports your asset before beginning recovery.

What if I hold BSV?

We have not validated a third-party wallet that supports the same derivation path RockWallet uses for BSV recovery.

HandCash will allow you to send your BSV from the legacy RockWallet to your HandCash wallet before the legacy RockWallet retires. HandCash does not support importing your RockWallet recovery phrase for BSV.

There is also an advanced BSV recovery option using an independent BIP39/BIP32 recovery tool with RockWallet’s derivation path and the ElectrumSV desktop wallet.

This is a third-party recovery method. RockWallet does not build, own, or verify the recovery tool, and RockWallet Support cannot guide you through entering a recovery phrase, deriving private keys, or exporting private keys. Use of third-party recovery tools is at your own risk.

What if I hold MNEE 1SAT?

MNEE 1SAT requires an additional step.

Before the legacy RockWallet app goes away, swap your MNEE 1SAT to another supported asset inside RockWallet. You can then send that asset to another wallet or recover it using one of the compatible wallets listed above.

Is it safe to enter my recovery phrase into another wallet?

Your recovery phrase provides access to your assets. Only enter it into a wallet or recovery tool that you have independently verified and trust.

Never share your recovery phrase with RockWallet Support or anyone else. RockWallet Support will never ask you to send your recovery phrase, private keys, or screenshots containing them.
