# What is RockWallet’s refund policy for digital asset transactions?
## Understand why crypto transactions can’t be reversed and what to do if something goes wrong.
All Buy, Sell, Swap, and Send transactions made in RockWallet are final once confirmed.
Because these actions occur directly on the blockchain, they cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded after you approve them.
Before completing any transaction, you’ll see a Confirmation or Order Preview screen displaying the full details including the amount, asset type, exchange rate, and fees.
Please review this information carefully and only tap ‘Confirm’ when you’re sure you want to proceed.
If a transaction fails, doesn’t complete, or you believe there’s been an error, please reach out to RockWallet Support for help. Our team will review the issue and help determine the next steps.
