What is RockWallet’s refund policy?

Digital asset transactions are final once confirmed on the blockchain.

Because RockWallet operates on the blockchain, all crypto transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed. This applies to Buy, Sell, Swap, and Send transactions.

Here’s a quick overview:

  • Buy & Sell transactions: Once confirmed, these cannot be canceled or refunded. Please review your order details carefully on the Order Preview screen before confirming your purchase.

  • Swap transactions: Once a swap is initiated and broadcast to the blockchain, it cannot be reversed.

  • Send transactions: Blockchain transactions are permanent once processed.  RockWallet cannot retrieve or refund funds sent to incorrect or incompatible wallet addresses.

💡 Tip: Always double-check your wallet address, asset type, and transaction details before confirming.

If you experience a technical issue (for example, a transaction didn’t complete as expected), please contact RockWallet Support. We’ll review the transaction and guide you on the next steps.
