# How do I check gas or network fees in RockWallet?
## See estimated blockchain fees before confirming your crypto transaction.
When you send, swap, or sell a digital asset in RockWallet, you’ll see an **estimated gas or network fee** displayed on the **confirmation screen** before finalizing your transaction.
This estimate is based on **real-time blockchain data** and reflects:
- The current **network congestion**
- The **speed** you select (faster confirmations may cost more)
- The **complexity** of your transaction
Because blockchain conditions change constantly, the final fee may vary slightly from the estimate once your transaction is processed.
> 💡 **Tip:** You can also use an external ETH gas tracker to monitor current gas prices on the Ethereum network and find the best time to transact.
