You can seamlessly import assets between our two powerful self-custody apps; the 'RockWallet: Buy and Swap' app and 'RockWallet: Self-Custody' app to leverage their unique functionalities.
Follow the steps below to import your digital assets from one to the other so that you can explore the features within each.
There are two options to import your assets:
Option 1: Import your previous wallet (which holds your assets) and sign into your account with your email and password.
Option 2: Create a new wallet (with a fresh Recovery Phrase) and sign into your existing account with your email and password.
For Option 1, follow the steps below:
Import your previous wallet and sign into your existing account.
- Download the 'RockWallet: Self-Custody' app and click 'Restore with Recovery Phrase'.
2. When the 'Restore your wallet' screen appears, click 'Restore with Recovery Phrase'.
3. Enter your 12-word Recovery Phrase.
4. Set and confirm your PIN.
5. Click 'Sign in' at the bottom of the screen.
6. Proceed to sign in with your existing account credentials.
For Option 2, follow the steps below:
Create a new wallet and sign into your existing account.
1. Download the 'RockWallet: Self-Custody' app and click 'Create New Wallet'.
2. Set and confirm your PIN.
3. Secure your Recovery Phrase.
4. Confirm your Recovery Phrase
5. When the 'Create your account' screen appears, click 'Sign in' at the bottom of the screen.
6. Proceed to sign in with your existing account credentials.
