Why did my card ‘Buy’ fail?

Common causes:

• Your card issuer declined the transaction

• The card doesn’t support crypto purchases

• The card requires additional verification

• A temporary authorization failed

What to know:

• If your card buy fails, you won’t be charged

• No crypto is purchased

• Some banks block crypto purchases by default

What you can try:

• Contact your card issuer to ask if crypto purchases are allowed

• Try a different card

• Use ACH instead, if available
