Buy might be temporarily unavailable for a few reasons:

You’re a level 1 user and you still need to unlock level 2

Your account is restricted for security or compliance reasons

You’re in a location where buy isn’t supported
What to do:

Check your verification status in the app

Finish unlocking level 2 in the app

Review any in-app messages or prompts

Make sure your account info is up to date
