Where do I find my limits?
Limits help keep your account secure and your transactions running smoothly. Here’s where to find them, how they can increase, and what to do if you reach one.
Where to find your limits
To check your current limits in RockWallet:
-
From the homepage, tap the RockWallet icon
-
Tap Limits
How do limits work?
RockWallet uses rolling timeframes, not fixed calendar days.
-
The daily limit looks at the last 24 hours
-
The weekly limit looks at the last 7 days
-
The monthly limit looks at the last 30 days
Your available limit updates automatically as older transactions fall outside each timeframe mentioned above.
