How do I recover my wallet if I lose access?

RockWallet cannot access or recreate your passkey. If your passkey was synced to your device or platform account, you may still be able to restore access by signing in to the same Apple ID, Google Account, or trusted device.

If you are not able to access your wallet from a backup another a trusted device. Please reach out to support at Support@rockwallet.com

• Verify your identity

• Confirm account ownership

• Complete extra security steps

This protects you by:

• Blocking unauthorized access

• Making sure only you can recover your wallet

The process is secure and intentional. It’s not meant to be rushed.

• RockWallet can’t access or transfer your funds

• Recovery gives you access again, but doesn't change ownership
