# How do I recover my wallet if I lose access?
## Your key to securely accessing and recovering your RockWallet.
RockWallet cannot access or recreate your passkey. If your passkey was synced to your device or platform account, you may still be able to restore access by signing in to the same Apple ID, Google Account, or trusted device.

- Blocking unauthorized access
- Making sure only you can recover your wallet
