What documents does RockWallet need?
Find out which forms of ID are accepted and how to complete verification quickly and securely.
When you begin the process to unlock level 2, you’ll be taken to RockWallet’s trusted identity verification partner, Sumsub.
Sumsub will ask you to provide:

A government-issued photo ID

A selfie or live photo to confirm your identity
Your ID must clearly show your full name, date of birth, and a current photo. Expired or damaged IDs will be accepted. Please use another valid form of identification if your document is no longer current.
As part of the process, you’ll also be asked to take a selfie (liveness check) to confirm that the photo on your ID matches you.
Tip: Make sure your photos are well-lit, clear, and show all corners of your ID for the fastest verification.
