# I Don't See My Crypto in My RockWallet
## If you sent or received crypto and it isn’t showing yet, check a few things first.
**Check the transaction status.**
Open the transaction in RockWallet and find the transaction, make sure the transaction has been confirmed on chain. If it is in a still pending status, it has not completed.
At the bottom of your transaction page, click View on Chain. This will take you to the blockchain explorer where you can view the status on the blockchain.
**Check the wallet address.**
Make sure the crypto was sent to the correct receiving address.
**If the crypto was sent from another wallet or exchange, check there too.**
Make sure the sending wallet shows the transaction as completed and provides a valid transaction ID/hash.
If the transaction is still pending, give it at least an hour.
If it has been confirmed on the blockchain or it has been more than an hour and still isn’t showing correctly, reach out to [**Support@RockWallet.com**](mailto:Support@RockWallet.com) with your transaction ID/hash and we’ll take a look.
