## I can’t sign in to my RockWallet Crypto Simplified account. What should I do?
RockWallet Crypto Simplified uses a separate account from the Legacy RockWallet app.
If you haven’t created a RockWallet Crypto Simplified account yet, you’ll need to sign up before you can sign in.
If you already have an account:
- Make sure you’re using the same email address you used when you signed up. Email addresses are case-sensitive, so enter it exactly as it was originally entered.
