How do I set up/create my RockWallet account?

You’ll create your RockWallet account directly in the app.

All RockWallet users start at level 1. At level 1, you can send, receive, and store crypto (with some exceptions depending on your location).

To buy, swap, and sell (again with some exceptions depending on your location), you need to unlock level 2.
