How are gas fees set or calculated in RockWallet?
Fees are estimated using real-time network conditions.
RockWallet calculates fees based on:
- Current network activity
- Transaction type (send, swap, etc.)
- Standard blockchain fee models
You’ll always see the estimated fee before confirming.
Important Reminder: Gas Fees Are Separate From Payment Fees.
Gas (network) fees are charged by the blockchain network, not by RockWallet.
They are separate from any card processing fees, ACH bank transfer fees, or other payment provider fees that may apply when transacting with digital assets through RockWallet.
Your total transaction cost may include both RockWallet service fees (set by our payment partners) and blockchain gas fees (set by the network).
This distinction helps keep your transactions transparent and ensures you know exactly what you’re paying for.
