Can I hold different assets in different portfolios?

Yes. You can organize different assets into different portfolios — but portfolios are not separate wallets.

In RockWallet, a portfolio is just a way to group and view your crypto inside the same wallet. All of your crypto still lives on the blockchain and is controlled by the same wallet.

For example you can use: 

• Portfolio 1: Long-term savings

• Portfolio 2: Spending or trading

Switching portfolios does not move crypto on the blockchain and does not create new addresses. It only changes how your assets are organized in the app.

Important: You can’t send crypto to a portfolio. You always send crypto to a wallet address, and RockWallet shows it in the portfolio you selected.

You can always see your total balance across portfolios on the homepage.
